We are a leading provider of turnkey Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Systems in the utility and energy markets. These positions are part of a multi-disciplined team of professionals responsible for the design, manufacturing and deployment of large-scale control systems for electrical, water/wastewater, power generation and industrial customers across the US and in selected international markets.

Project Engineer
This job involves the overall design, integration and deployment of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Systems including HMI system programming, control panel design, PLC application software development, instrumentation and communication networks. The ideal candidate will have 5 – 10 years of SCADA and/or process control experience. This individual must be a self-motivated problem-solver, possess strong communication skills and have experience to perform following duties:
Required Skills:
- SCADA HMI Graphics and Database development and implementation in GE IFix, Wonderware, Cimplicity, RS-VIew or similar HMI software
- PLC applications programming for Allen-Bradley, Modicon, GE or similar PLCs
- Programming experience in Visual Basic, Excel, Access, SQL, Oracle, and/or ODBC databases
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems and LAN/WAN networking using wired and wireless equipment.
- Control Panel Design
- Electrical system design including motor control, Power Systems, UPS and standby generators
- AutoCAD and Visio CAD software experience
- Develop and execute application and system test procedures
- Develop and deliver customer training
- Factory and Field Testing, Startup, and Maintenance
Education and Experience
- Four-year degree in engineering or science required. Minimum five years of experience.
- Experience with SCADA, DCS or PLC system design, configuration, programming, documentation, and customer training.
- Professional engineering registration a plus.
